We are taking all necessary precautions to ensure that our patient and staff are safe.
All patients and staff are asked when given arrival times if they have:
A fever, cough, or symptom of Covid
Have been around anyone with any symptoms of Covid
Been around anyone who has tested positive for Covid
If any of those answers are YES they are cancelled until symptom free for 2 weeks or have a negative Covid test
At the time of arrival:
Patients are asked to use hand sanitizer when entering the building
Patients are required to have temperature taken and must be less than 100 degrees F.
Patients are required to wear a mask until start of procedure and once they are fully recovered.
When up to go to bathroom mask must be worn
Family members must use hand sanitizer when entering the building
Family members are required to have temperature taken and must be less than 100 degrees F.
Family members must wear a mask at all times
Social Distancing:
The capacity of chairs has been decreased to ensure social distancing of 6 feet.
A stand here sign has been placed in appropriate spot to ensure check-in social distancing.
Scheduling will be spaced out in larger increments to help ensure social distancing.
Patients will be called and reminded to come in at their time (not earlier or later) to help ensure social distancing
Patients are allowed only one family member to come with them.
If more than one patient in pre and post then family is not to come back to post op. Discharge instructions will be given to patient in facility and then signed and again with family outside.
